Description

Delicious frozen kibin filled with premium lamb filling, made from the finest ingredients. Just 5-7 minutes in the oven and it's ready to enjoy! Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Dough 64 %: Premium wheat flour, margarine: vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats (rapeseed, palm, coconut) 80 %, emulsifiers, monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), lecithin (E322): salt (0.2 %), coloring beta-carotene (E160a), flavoring. Sour cream 30 %, eggs, salt. Filling 36 %: Lamb, lamb fat, butter, cabbage, onions, salt/pepper. Thaw at room temperature. Preheat the convection oven to 180 degrees Celsius, place the thawed kibin and bake for 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches +75 C. The product is lightly browned, of regular shape. Shelf life when stored at 0-6 C is recommended not to exceed 72 hours, at +68 C not longer than 4 hours.
