OLIVES KALAMON FICACCI pitted - a gourmet snack, which offers both saltiness, acidity, and a hint of sweetness. Kalamata and Kalamon olives are of the same species, but only those olives grown near the city of Kalamata in Greece can bear the Kalamata name. These are high-quality, large, and juicy olives. They have a dark brown color and an almond shape. These olive trees can be recognized by their exceptionally large leaves. They are picked by hand to avoid damage. We recommend chopping and adding to sandwiches, on pizzas, or making tapenade. They are also a great complement to salads, fish, and meat dishes. Contains E202 (sorbic acid) as a preservative.
