Buisson pasteurized sheep milk cheese with truffles MOLITERNO, aged for 6 months, is an amazing hard cheese with truffles, whose stripes in irregular shapes stretch throughout the cheese wheel. When a piece of cheese is sliced and tasted, it begins to melt in the mouth and reveals savory flavors: earthy, mushroom notes of truffles perfectly complement the sweet, creamy notes of sheep's milk. To retain moisture, the cheese is coated with olive oil (E153, E202) and vinegar (E260) during the aging process. It is a wonderful delicacy that is delicious to taste alone or to add to pizzas, omelets, pasta, mashed potatoes, risotto, or sandwiches. You can also enjoy it melted and made into fondue.
