Organic medium-sized oat flakes. Oats have a light, mild flavor and provide a feeling of fullness. Perfect for porridge, dry breakfast, meatballs, and patties. Contains a lot of dietary fibers. Low in sugar. Oats are especially recommended for breakfast: cook oatmeal porridge, if the taste is not enough, grate an apple, slice a banana, add nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, or ginger. For porridge: boil for 1–2 minutes or soak in boiling water or milk to let it swell. Two servings of porridge will require 0.5 l of liquid and a cup of oat flakes (approximately 250 g).
