Ingredients

Sour and spicy Tom Yam soup preparation. Tom Yam soup recipe: boil 500 ml of water. Add a chicken stock cube (E621), 1 stalk of lemongrass sliced into pieces, 2 finely chopped shallots, a few kaffir lime leaves and 2 red chili peppers. Add a Tom Yam sachet and a few mushrooms (quartered). Add 10 headless shrimp, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (E620), 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Cook until done. Garnish with fresh coriander. Ingredients: sunflower oil (E475), coconut sugar, salt, lemongrass, lime juice, garlic, tamarind juice (tamarind, water) 5.00%, shallots, red chili 3.00%, galangal root, kaffir lime leaves, coriander root, paprika extract (E160c). Allergens: No allergens. Storage: Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 1 week.
