Ingredients
Gouda cheese Beemster classic, 48% fat in dry matter, 250 g. Aged 18 months. Beemster Classic is considered the most iconic Dutch cheese in the Netherlands. Its deep flavor is developed naturally by aging in historic cheese warehouses. Due to its maturity, tyrosine crystals (amino acids) reveal themselves particularly delicately when tasted. Their even distribution gives the cheese a hallmark of craftsmanship. The firmness of Beemster Classic cheese allows it to be served at room temperature for several hours without losing its beautiful golden appearance. This makes it an excellent choice for serving with light-aged, blue, and other more aromatic cheese varieties. Ingredients: pasteurized milk, salt, starter culture, rennet (from slugs), preservative E251, coloring E160b. Suitable for consumption until: see on the package. Store at +4 °C - +7 °C.
