Ingredients

Cheese Gruyere Mild, 34.5% fat. With protected designation of origin (PDO). Net weight 150 g. Aged for at least 5 months. Gruyere is a hard Swiss cheese that has been traditionally made since the 12th century in the Gruyère region of the Canton of Fribourg. Gruyere has a distinct buttery, fruity, and caramel flavor with an excellent aroma, resembling the color of ivory. This excellent cheese is made from unpasteurized cow's milk and aged for no less than 6 months. This cheese is one of the main ingredients of traditional Swiss Fondue, but it also works well in various dishes or grated over roasted vegetables. Young Gruyere cheese pairs well with a light fruity wine. Ingredients: milk, salt, snail enzyme (E1105). Best before: see packaging. Store between +3 °C and +5 °C. Country of origin Switzerland.
