"Perezin" thermized cow's milk cheese with truffles and olive oil MILLEFOGLIE, aged for 5 months, is produced in Italy, Venice. When slicing this cheese, one can see black truffle veins. The 'cracks' in the cheese were previously considered a sign of poor quality, but here they are intentionally made and filled with truffles and olive oil. It is slightly salty, has an earthy, perhaps even mushroom aftertaste. We recommend tasting it on its own, adding it to pasta, soups, or enjoying it with crackers and honey. Thermization - heating raw milk for at least 15 seconds at a temperature of 57–68 °C. Additives: Truffles (E102), Olive oil (no additive code).
