Ingredients

Ingredients: tomato paste, soybean oil, vinegar, onions, salt, ginger, garlic, coriander, red chili powder, fenugreek, cumin, herbs and spices, coloring paprika extract, turmeric oleoresins (contains coloring curcumin). E100, E160c. Instructions: For 4 servings: 1 pack of paste, 450 g chicken fillet pieces, 3 tablespoons yogurt or cream, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 large onion chopped coarsely, 110 ml water. Marinate the chicken with the paste and cream or yogurt for at least 10 minutes. In a medium heat, sauté the onions with oil, add the marinated meat and fry for 3 minutes while stirring. Pour in the water, bring to a boil and simmer slowly for 15 minutes or until cooked. Stir occasionally. At the end, garnish with cream or yogurt (optional). Serve with unleavened bread or rice. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
