"Bauck Hof" organic mix for an unusual bread, which is why we named it MAGICAL BREAD - gluten-free, yeast-free, flour-free, and with no added sugar (the product contains natural sugars). Contains 37% gluten-free whole grain oat flakes E170 and 57% various seeds. The bread has an excellent taste. Developed from an original Norwegian recipe. Easy to prepare, will only require water. Suitable for vegans. Very nutritious. Rich in fiber. Source of protein. Proteins help maintain normal bone status, increase muscle mass and preserve muscle mass. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Preparation for 750 g of bread: Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 550 ml of boiling water. Mix everything well and let it stand for 20 minutes. Place the swollen dough into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, put it into a preheated oven, and bake for 70 minutes at 200ºC, heating from the top and bottom.
