“Emmedue” spicy dried salami NAPOLI is made according to the traditions of the Campania region. Known for its excellent balance between sweetness and spiciness. It is prepared from lightly smoked and dried pork (E252) with coarsely ground black pepper (E120). It contains quite large pieces of fat that help to mitigate the heat of the pepper. We recommend making a sandwich with a fried egg and cheese, seasoning salads with mozzarella using this salami, or pairing it with other meats and cheeses on a charcuterie board.
