Description

Dry-cured pork shoulder IBERIAN CEBO PALETA, sliced – a traditionally salted and aged for 15 months delicacy, enriched with black pepper and nutmeg, perfect for gourmet snacking.

Ingredients

Iberian pork shoulders are salted in the traditional way, piled one on top of the other, to ensure even salt mixture to the perfect balance level. Curing takes place in natural cellars, where temperature and humidity are controlled only by opening or closing windows and shutters. IBERICO DE CEBO shoulders are cured for no less than 15 months. Iberian pigs are fed specially prepared food, mainly grains, and live in pens, where they have no less than 2 square meters of space per animal. Natural feeds are enriched with black pepper (E 202) and nutmeg (E 252).
