Ingredients

'La Fattoria' unpasteurized cow's milk cheese SAPORITO MORLACCO, aged at least 15 days, is a soft cheese with notes of saltiness and milk when tasted. It has an ivory color with small holes. The rind is white and thin. Made in the Venice region of Italy from milk of cows grazing on flaxseed. Perfect for enhancing pizzas, we also recommend making fondue and enjoying it with crackers or French bread. This is referred to as uncooked cheese, where its curds are heated at a rather low temperature and retain a significant amount of moisture. Morlacco cheese originates from the Monte Grappa mountain area, named after the historic region of Morlachia which was marked on maps from the 16th to the 19th centuries.
