With this salami, you can make wonderful sandwiches, and it also pairs perfectly on a charcuterie board alongside cheeses, nuts, fruits, or vegetables. Salami is a salted, dried, or cold-smoked sausage made from pork. A white edible mold forms on the exterior during fermentation. Note: if you choose the 'Sliced' option, we will slice the product into thin slices. If you prefer the product to be unsliced, select 'Unsliced' under slicing methods.
