Ingredients

Frozen Kataifi dough, 500 g Ingredients: WHEAT flour (gluten), water, WHEAT starch, salt, emulsifier E322 (SOY lecithin), refined sunflower oil, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate). THAWING INSTRUCTIONS. Remove the product from the box and allow to thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS. Take a small portion of dough from the package and gently pull with both hands in opposite directions to loosen the dough. Work with small portions of dough. Cover the remaining dough with a light damp cloth. Storage temperature –18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Keep thawed dough in the refrigerator at 0 °C to +4 °C for no more than 7 days. Made in Greece.
