Indulge in the exquisite ERLENBAHER frozen cheesecake - 12 delicious pieces made from low-fat cottage cheese and creamy sour cream. Easy to prepare, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Fully prepared, 12 pieces. Ingredients: low-fat cottage cheese 25%, sour cream 19%, EGGS, sugar, WHEAT flour, rapeseed oil, water, palm oil, modified starch (E1422), sweet whey powder, WHEAT starch, potato starch, dextrose, raising agents (E450, E500), salt, glucose syrup, flavoring, thickener (E401), MILK proteins, stabilizer (E516), coloring (E160a). May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts. Usage instructions: unpack and thaw at room temperature (21°C-22°C): whole cake for about 6 hours, one portion for about 2.5 hours. In the oven at 150°C: whole cake for about 40 minutes, one portion for about 10 minutes. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume within 24-48 hours after heating. Store at −18˚C.
