Ingredients

"Fromi" unpasteurized sheep milk blue mold cheese ROQUEFORT AOP, aged for 3 months in rock cellars, is a high-quality cheese made with a special mold from rye bread. The bluish-green mold is visible when the cheese is cut. Fat content 52% fat dry matter. It is excellent for making various appetizers and salads with walnuts. Especially delicious when eaten with bread and a drizzle of honey. You can also use it for soups, pasta dishes, and sauces. Blue mold cheese is produced when during the production process, mold Penicillium roqueforti is added to the formed curd. As the cheese matures, it is pierced with stainless steel rods to encourage oxygen transfer and mold formation. It has an AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée / Protected Designation of Origin) label, awarded to products whose quality and characteristics are exclusively linked to their geographical origin and environment. All stages of production must take place in a specific defined area.
