Ingredients

Dough mixture for rolls, gluten-free, biodynamic. Gluten-free, yeast-free, flour-free, and without added sugar (the product contains natural sugars). High in fiber. A source of protein. Suitable for vegans. Preparation for 8 rolls. Additionally required: 250 g low-fat cottage cheese (or a vegan alternative) and 250 ml hot water. Mix low-fat cottage cheese and boiling water until smooth. Pour in the contents of the package, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes. Divide the swollen dough into eight equal parts with wet hands, shape into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough balls to about 2 cm thickness. Place in the preheated oven in the middle section and bake for 35 minutes at 200ºC, heating from above and below. Ingredients: gluten-free oat bran**, gluten-free whole grain oat flakes**, sesame seeds**, crushed flaxseeds**, crushed pumpkin seeds* E471, soy flakes* 7% E322, sunflower seeds**, ground psyllium seed shells*, puffed quinoa*, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) * 3%, rock salt.* – from organic farms.** - from biodynamic farms. May contain traces of nuts, mustard, and lupins.
