Dough mixture for rolls, gluten-free, biodynamic. Gluten-free, yeast-free, flour-free, and without added sugar (the product contains natural sugars). High in fiber. A source of protein. Suitable for vegans. Preparation for 8 rolls. Additionally required: 250 g low-fat cottage cheese (or a vegan alternative) and 250 ml hot water. Mix low-fat cottage cheese and boiling water until smooth. Pour in the contents of the package, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes. Divide the swollen dough into eight equal parts with wet hands, shape into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough balls to about 2 cm thickness. Place in the preheated oven in the middle section and bake for 35 minutes at 200ºC, heating from above and below.
